E-AUCTION OF MATERIALS OF SPOILS WITH GRAVELS
It is informed that PSPCL intends to carry out the E-Auction of materials of Spoils with Gravels of various sizes varying from 2 inches to 8 inches sizes on as-is-where-is basis. The ratio of Spoils to Gravels is 60:40 and the tentative quantity of material is 2.44 lac cubic metres. The materials is lying at both side banks of Escape channel, Mukerian Hydel Circle-I, Talwara which can be seen by interested bidders.
The E-auction shall be carried out by PSPCL’s authorized service provider M/S e-Procurement Technologies Ltd., B-704/705, Wall Street-II, Opp. Orient Club, Near Gujrat College, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad-380006. Interested bidders are requested to get themselves registered online with the above said firm. The bidders will have to deposit Rs. 5000/- plus service tax as registration charges. The bidders can also avail on-line training on forward e-auction from the firm.

The new bidders will have to register themselves with the PSPCL’s authorized service provider M/s. e-Procurement Technologies Ltd., Ahmedabad and will have to deposit the required PEMD with PSPCL 10 days before the scheduled e-auction date. Bidders interested in participating in the e-auction of Used/ dirty Transformer oil, Lubricating oil and Battery/ cells scrap etc. will have to supply scanned copies of certificates of registration with M.O.E.F. as re-refiner/recycler along with the consents under the provisions of Water and Air Acts (Prevention and control of Pollution) for operating the facility for collection, storage and transportation of Hazardous waste from the respective State Pollution Control Boards to this office, 10 days before the scheduled e-auction date. Further if the scheduled dates for above said activities happen to be a holiday, the PEMD and other required documents can be deposited/submitted on the next working day.
