Subject: MONTTORING OF SINGLE PHASE LOAD ON RURAL FEEDERS.

Subject: Supply of power to 11 KV Rural Feeders in Kandi Areas.

In Partial modification of P.R. Circular no. 23/96 dated 5.6.96, It has been decided that in case of declared Kandi areas of Gurdaspur, Hoshiarpur and Ropar Districts, SEs/Operation may allow 3 phase supply to rural feeders supplying power to these areas, on the pattern of Urban/Industrial feeders provided Connected Load of Agricultural Consumers on such feeders is less than 40% ( instead of existing 30% ) of the total connected Load on the feeder. A list of such feeders may be supplied to this office for record.
