Subject:      Additional Power Regulatory Measures on Arc, Induction Furnaces & Rolling Mill consumers.

To meet the Paddy Load due to shortage of Power and delayed Monsoon, it has been decided that supply to Arc, Induction Furnaces and rolling Mill consumers will remain closed w.e.f. 12:00 Hrs of 25.06.09 (Thursday) to 12:00 Hrs of 02.07.09 (Thursday). However consumers can use load equal to eligible exemption (without payment of PLEC).

After 12:00 Hrs of 02.07.09, the above consumers shall continue to observe 3 days Weekly Off day as already notified.

The other terms & conditions including penalty for violation for the above instructions issued by this office vide previous Circulars will remain unchanged. It is requested that all the concerned consumers be informed accordingly.
