Subject: Re-Classification of 11KV Rural Feeders of Border Area.

In confirmation of this office Telephone/FAX Message No. 167/68 dated 07.09.2001, it has been decided to extend the ‘Border Area’ limit up to 16 KMs from the International Border. As such, all the 11KV rural feeders falling within 16 KMs of International Border shall be considered as ‘Border Area’ feeders. The supply schedule for Border Area would be applicable to these feeders falling within extended Border Area.

The above instructions shall come into force w.e.f. 07.09.2001.
