Puri Director Generation has launched a new version of its PSPCL Consumer Services App, with a variety of enhanced features on Independence Day here.The App can be downloaded free from Play Store and App Store . New App provides the facility to lodge electricity supply related complaints at a touch of the screen. Now consumers need not to dial even 1912 also. Consumers can monitor the status of the complaints also on the App. Facility of advance payment of bills has also been added in the App. Meter related Complaints can also be lodged by using this App. Through this app consumers may report theft and corruption cases. Various public centric information’s are also available on this App.

This App is further going to ease the lives of the electricity consumers.
