Subject: Evening Peak Load Hours Restrictions.

Clarifications are being received from the field offices whether Industrial consumers fed through rural feeders which are catered supply as per 3-Phase Schedule for T/Wells are required to observe evening Peak Load Hours Restrictions or not.

The matter has been examined and it is clarified that Evening Peak Load Hours Restrictions shall not be applicable on Industrial Consumers fed through rural feeders which are catered supply as per schedule of 3-Phase supply for Tube-wells.

The above instructions shall be effective from the date of issue of this circular. The disputed cases out-standing up-till 30.09.2001 shall be considered and decided by the Dispute Settlement Committees/Dispute Settlement Authority.
