Subject: COMPULSORY WEEKLY OFF-DAY ON INDUSTRIES.
Please refer to this office PR Circular No. 3/07 dated 7.6.07 on above cited subject.
As per this PR Circular compulsory Weekly Off-day during Ist week falling between 10.6.07 to 16.6.07, 220KV S/Stn. Dhandari Kalan ‘A’ is supposed to observe weekly off day on 16.6.07 (Saturday) but due to urgent maintenance work to be carried on Dhandari Kalan ‘A’ S/Stn., this S/Stn. will remain under shut down on 12.6.07. Accordingly to mitigate the sufferings of consumers being fed from this S/Stn., weekly off day of 220KV S/Stn. Dhandari Kalan ‘A’ for 16.6.07 (Saturday) is shifted to 12.6.07 (Tuesday). This shifting of compulsory weekly off day is only for one week i.e. w.e.f. 10.6.07 to 16.6.07 & thereafter, compulsory weekly off days will be applicable as per schedule notified as per PR Circular No. 3/07 dated 7.6.07.
Further Annexure ‘1’ indicating staggered weekly off days for City East & City West Circles of Ludhiana & Mandi Gobindgarh attached with PR Circular No. 3/07 dated 7.6.07 is amended to include 3 No. new S/Stns. of Ludhiana namely 66KV S/S Urban Estate Dugri, 66KV S/S Oswal Woolen Mills, 66KV S/S Sharu Steel and amended copy of Annexure ‘1’ is enclosed.
All other terms & conditions of the original PR Circular No. 3/07 dated 7.6.07 remain unchanged.
These instructions may please be passed on to concerned Officers under your control for getting these noted from concerned consumers.
