PUBLIC NOTICE

Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) engaged in electricity generating, trading, distribution and related activities has filed before the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory  Commission (Commission) the Petition for Aggregate Revenue Requirement  (ARR) and Determination of tariff for its generation and distribution business for the year 2012-13 on 30.11.2011 under Regulation-13 of the Punjab State Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of tariff) Regulations, 2005. The filing has been taken on record by the Hon’ble Commission in Petition No. 69 of 2011.

Salient features of the filings had been brought out in Public Notice published in newspapers dated 13th Dec, 2011 and 14th Dec, 2011.

PSPCL has filed some additional submissions in response to the observations of the Commission. The filings along with additional submissions are available on company’s website ‘www.pspcl.in’.
