In case the date of auction is declared a Public Holiday; the auction shall be conducted on the next working day at the same time and place.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The quantity may vary according to the actual availability in the store.
  2. The highest bidder shall have to deposit the earnest money @ 10% of the Bid to the nearest hundred of Rs.5000/- which ever is higher, in cash at the fall of hammer, out of which 8% will be adjusted towards cost of the material in the last installment and the balance 2% shall be refunded after the faithful execution of the sale confirmation orders.
  3. Bidders are requested to get themselves registered by making payment of Rs.5000/-per person in cash (refundable after auction). The registration shall commence at 11.30 AM at the place of auction and shall continue till the start of acution. The bid registration money shall be forfeited in respect of bidder who fails to deposit the bid money immediately after the fall of hammer.
  4. Disposal Committee shall have the full rights to accept or reject or postpone the auction of any or all the items without assigning any reason.
  5. The terms & conditions of sale may be seen by the bidders in this office on any working day on at the place of auction before registration.
  6. The bidders may inspect the material lying in various stores as per detailed above before auction.
  7. The bidders who purchase material worth Rs.25000/- will have to deposit full amount at the place of auction.
  8. All transformers (distribution / power) shall be sold without oil, bushing, insulators, nuts & bolts etc. etc.
  9. The material that remained unsold in any auction shall be repeated in the next / subsequent auction.
  10. Only one person will be allowed against one registration.
  11. The Hazardous Waste material e.g. batteries used waste oil / lead acid batteries are auctioned only to those recycles, who are registered with the Ministry of Environment & Forest, New Delhi and have a valid authorization of the concerned State Pollution Control Board under the Hazardous Waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 1989 as amended in January, 2003 by first January of every year. Original valid authorization for hazardous waste material, air & water pollution and transportation will be seen at the time of Auction & its attested copies by Notary will be retained.
  12. In case the date of auction is declared a Public Holiday; the auction shall be conducted on the next working day.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. The intending bidders who want to participate in the auction are required to submit a Demand Draft of Rs.5000/- per shop/booth as earnest money in favour of Accounts Officer/O&M, GGSSTP, Ropar, payable at Ropar with Sr.Xen/CMT Divn. (O&M) GGSSTP, Ropar, on or before the date of auction.
  2. The successful bidders will be required to pay three months lease money (rent) through Demand Draft or through cash in favour of A.O./O&M, GGSSTP, Ropar, at the fall of hammer.
  3. Successful bidder will have to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- as security which will be refunded to the shopkeeper at the time of vacation of the shop and the department will not pay any interest for the said amount.
  4. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all the bids or can withdraw a booth from auction without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
  5. In case the above date happens to be a holiday, the auction shall take place at the same time on the next working day.
  6. The intending bidders shall have to produce a minimum of 2 years experience certificate in the trade, duly verified by the Municipal Commissioner/Sarpanch of   City/Village concerned.
  7. The intending bidders shall have to purchase the copy of terms & conditions of   auction which can be had from the office of the undersigned on any working day and upto 1.00 PM on date of auction by depositing Rs.50/- Per booth/shop towards its cost with A.O./O&M, GGSSTP, Ropar. These bidders who do not purchase the terms & conditions will not be allowed to participate in the auction.
  8. All the intending bidders shall also submit the proof of permanent address with the application for purchase of auction documents
  9. The Service Tax shall be payable by the bidder over & above quoted bid by the successful bidder.
  10. For SCF No.4 at Nuhon Colony, the Cross-walls will be allowed to be removed at the cost of prospective allottees/ bidders, if they so desire subject to structural safety of the building, at their cost.
  11. All other terms & conditions of auction shall be announced at the time of auction.

The auction of Sarkanda of total area in ash dyke area at GNDTP, Bathinda will be held on 2.12.08 at 11.00 A.M. in the       office of undersigned with following terms & conditions. estimation

  1. All auctioneers will deposit Rs.5000/-as earnest money. This amount will be refunded after completion of the auction but successful auctioneer will have to deposit 5% amount as earnest money, which will be refunded one month after the cutting of Sarkanda.
  2. 50% amount of the highest bid would have to be deposited immediately after completion of auction in cash or through demand draft in favour of A.O (O&M), GNDTP, Bathinda. Balance amount shall have to be deposited with in 10 days.
  3. Sarkanda auction committee reserves the right to accept/cancel the highest bid without assigning any season.
  4. Sarkanda will be sold on “As is and where is” basis. The arrangement for cutting & lifting of Sarkanda will be made by the auctioneers himself. The auctioneers can see the Sarkanda area before taking part in the auction.
  5. Other terms & conditions can be seen on any working day in the office of undersigned. These will be read at the time of auction also.
  6. If it happens to be a holiday on 2.12.08, then auction will be held on the next working day at the same time and venue.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All auctioneers will deposit Rs.5000/-as earnest money. This amount will be refunded after completion of the auction. But successful auctioner will have to deposit 5% amount as earnest money at the spot, which will be refunded one month after the cutting of Sarkanda. In case of violation of any of the conditions, this amount shall be forfeited. The auction shall be held for complete ash dyke area. Minimum reserve price of the sarkanda shall be Rs.3.10 Lacs and the auction shall be started from this amount onwards.
  2. 50% amount of the highest bid would have to be deposited immediately after completion of auction in cash or through demand draft in favour of AO (O&M), GNDTP, Bathinda. Balance amount shall have to be deposited within 10 days.
  3. The taxes as per Punjab General Sales Tax / VAT / TCS shall be applicable.
  4. Sarkanda auction committee reserves the right to accept/cancel the highest bid without assigning any reason.
  5. Sarkanda will be sold on “As is and where is” basis. The arrangement for cutting & lifting of Sarkanda will be made by the auctioner himself. The auctioneers can see the Sarkanda area before taking part in the auction
  6. The cutting of Sarkanda shall be started only after the approval is accorded by department.
  7. While cutting the Sarkanda, carrying /igniting fire, smoking or doing any activity which can cause fire is strictly prohibited.
  8. The contract can not be sublet to any person without approval of Dy.CE/Civil Mtc.Circle GNDTP; Bathinda .The bidder shall cut Sarkanda through his own resources.
  9. In case the cut/grown/available Sarkanda is damaged due to fire or any other cause, the department shall not be responsible for the same.
  10. The Permit/Contract shall remain in operation up to 31.3.2009.
  11. No damage to the ash dyke area bundh or any other structure of plant shall be done by the auctioner/bidder in any case. The passage to cut/ carry the Sarkanda shall be provided at one place with the approval of Er-in-charge. No tress passing shall be allowed and contractor shall be solely responsible for the same.
  12. In case any theft occurs in the ash dyke area containing Sarkanda, the Department shall have the right to cancel the contract. The auctioner/bidder shall have not any right to any claim on this account.
  13. The auctioner/bidder or his authorised representatives to cut the sarkanda shall have to get issued the gate passes for entry to the plant area from Sr. Executive Engineer/PCM GNDTP Bathinda. No person shall be allowed entry into plant area without gate pass.
  14. The Sarkanda shall be cut from one side as per direction of Er-in-charge.
  15. The sarkanda shall have to be cut upto ground level.
  16. During the currency of work, in case any mishappening occurs to any of the labour of the auctioner/bidder, then the required compensation shall be paid by the auctioner/ bidder. The department shall not be responsible for any such loss.
  17. During cutting of Sarkanda, the plantation inside the area shall be protected by the auctioner/bidder. In case any damage occurs to the plantation, the auctioner/bidder shall be liable to deposit penalty to be decided by Dy.CE/Civil GNDTP Bathinda.
  18. The contract shall be cancelled in case any or all the above conditions are violated. The deposited money shall not be refunded in any case.
  19. Penalty for late cutting/ Removal of Sarkanda.

In case the bidder fails to cut/ remove the Sarkanda within the time stipulated under condition no.10 above, the following rates of penalty shall be imposed.

  1. @ ¼ of 1% of the sale price of unlifted sarkanda per day for first ten days.
  2. @ ½ of 1% of the sale price of unlifted sarkanda per day for next ten days.
  3. @ 1% of the sale price of unlifted sarkanda per day beyond 20 days.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The quantity may vary according to the actual availability in the store.
  2. The highest bidder shall have to deposit the earnest money @ 10% of the Bid to the nearest hundred of Rs.5000/- which ever is higher, in cash at the fall of hammer, out of which 8% will be adjusted towards cost of the material in the last installment and the balance 2% shall be refunded after the faithful execution of the sale confirmation orders.
  3. Bidders are requested to get themselves registered by making payment of Rs.5000/-per person in cash (refundable after auction). The registration shall commence at 11.30AM at the place of auction and shall continue till the start of acution.  The bid registration money shall be forfeited in respect of bidder who fails to deposit the bid money immediately after the fall of hammer.
  4. Disposal Committee shall have the full rights to accept or reject or postpone the auction of any or all the items without assigning any reason.
  5. The terms & conditions of sale may be seen by the bidders in this office on any working day on at the place of auction before registration.
  6. The bidders may inspect the material lying in various stores as per detailed above before auction.
  7. The bidders who purchase material worth Rs.25000/- will have to deposit full amount at the place of auction.
  8. All transformers (distribution / power) shall be sold without oil, bushing, insulators, nuts & bolts etc. etc.
  9. The material that remained unsold in any auction shall be repeated in the next / subsequent auction.
  10. Only one person will be allowed against one registration.
  11. The Hazardous Waste material e.g. batteries used waste oil / lead acid batteries are auctioned only to those recycles, who are registered with the Ministry of Environment & Forest, New Delhi and have a valid authorization of the concerned State Pollution Control Board under the Hazardous Waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 1989 as amended in January, 2003 by first January of every year. Original valid authorization for hazardous waste material, air & water pollution and transportation will be seen at the time of Auction & its attested copies by Notary will be retained.

Auction for the sale of used/Dirty Transformer oil & Lubricating oil with Steel Drums on ‘As-Is-Where-Is’ basis lying in various stores shall be held at Central store, Patiala on dated: 10-6-2008 at 12.00 Noon.

NOTE I: – Only those firms, that are registered with MOEF/CPCB as Recycler/ Reprocessor of Used oil/Battery scrap and who have also obtained the consent under the provisions of Water and Air Acts (Prevention and control of Pollution) alongwith the authorization for operating the facility for collection, storage and transportation of Hazardous waste from the respective State Pollution Control Boards, will be allowed to participate in auction of Used/Dirty Transformer oil, Lubricating oil and Battery Scrap on production of original certificates and submission of photocopy of the same duly attested by the Notary Public. If a representative attends the Auction on behalf of a firm, he will be required to submit an authorization letter duly signed by the firm’s owner on firm’s letter pad. In case the proprietor/partner of firm attends the auction, he shall furnish an undertaking on the letter pad of the firm that he himself is the proprietor/partner of the firm. However, the firm will be required to produce the original certificates at the time of making payment in the concerned Central Store.

NOTE II: – Handling (Collection & Transportation etc.) of Hazardous waste shall be done by the purchaser as per letter no 23-21/99- HSMD (vol-VI)(pt) dated 30-12-2005 issued by the Govt. of India, Ministry of Environment and Forest, New Delhi.

Terms & Conditions

      1. The quantity may vary according to the actual availability in the store.
      2. The highest bidder shall have to deposit the earnest money @ 10% of the Bid to the nearest hundred of Rs.5000/- which ever is higher, in cash at the fall of hammer, out of which 8% will be adjusted towards cost of the material in the last installment and the balance 2% shall be refunded after the faithful execution of the sale confirmation orders.
      3. Bidders are requested to get themselves registered by making payment of Rs.5000/-per person in cash (refundable after auction). The registration shall commence at 11.30AM at the place of auction and shall continue till the start of acution. The bid registration money shall be forfeited in respect of bidder who fails to deposit the bid money immediately after the fall of hammer.
      4. Disposal Committee shall have the full rights to accept or reject or postpone the auction of any or all the items without assigning any reason.
      5. The terms & conditions of sale may be seen by the bidders in this office on any working day on at the place of auction before registration.
      6. The bidders may inspect the material lying in various stores as per detailed above before auction.
      7. The bidders who purchase material worth Rs.25000/- will have to deposit full amount at the place of auction.
      8. All transformers (distribution / power) shall be sold without oil, bushing, insulators, nuts & bolts etc. etc.
      9. The material that remained unsold in any auction shall be repeated in the next / subsequent auction.
      10. Only one person will be allowed against one registration.
      11. The Hazardous Waste material e.g. batteries used waste oil / lead acid batteries are auctioned only to those recycles, who are registered with the Ministry of Environment & Forest, New Delhi and have a valid authorization of the concerned State Pollution Control Board under the Hazardous Waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 1989 as amended in January, 2003 by first January of every year. Original valid authorization for hazardous waste material, air & water pollution and transportation will be seen at the time of Auction & its attested copies by Notary will be retained.

      1. The quantity may vary according to the actual availability in the store.

Auction for the sale of used/Dirty Transformer oil & Lubricating oil with Steel Drums on ‘As-Is-Where-Is’ basis lying in various stores shall be held at Central store, Patiala on dated: 14-2-2008 at 12.00 Noon.

NOTE I: – Only those firms, that are registered with MOEF/CPCB as Recycler/ Reprocessor of Used oil/Battery scrap and who have also obtained the consent under the provisions of Water and Air Acts (Prevention and control of Pollution) alongwith the authorization for operating the facility for collection, storage and transportation of Hazardous waste from the respective State Pollution Control Boards, will be allowed to participate in auction of Used/Dirty Transformer oil, Lubricating oil and Battery Scrap on production of original certificates and submission of photocopy of the same duly attested by the Notary Public. If a representative attends the Auction on behalf of a firm, he will be required to submit an authorization letter duly signed by the firm’s owner on firm’s letter pad. In case the proprietor/partner of firm attends the auction, he shall furnish an undertaking on the letter pad of the firm that he himself is the proprietor/partner of the firm. However, the firm will be required to produce the original certificates at the time of making payment in the concerned Central Store.

NOTE II: – Handling (Collection & Transportation etc.) of Hazardous waste shall be done by the purchaser as per letter no 23-21/99- HSMD (vol-VI)(pt) dated 30-12-2005 issued by the Govt. of India, Ministry of Environment and Forest, New Delhi.

Terms & Conditions

      1. The quantity may vary according to the actual availability in the store.
      2. The highest bidder shall have to deposit the earnest money @ 10% of the Bid to the nearest hundred of Rs.5000/- which ever is higher, in cash at the fall of hammer, out of which 8% will be adjusted towards cost of the material in the last installment and the balance 2% shall be refunded after the faithful execution of the sale confirmation orders.
      3. Bidders are requested to get themselves registered by making payment of Rs.5000/-per person in cash (refundable after auction). The registration shall commence at 11.30AM at the place of auction and shall continue till the start of acution. The bid registration money shall be forfeited in respect of bidder who fails to deposit the bid money immediately after the fall of hammer.

Auction Notice

The auction of Sarkanda of total area in ash dyke area at GNDTP, Bathinda will be held on 31.10.07 at 11.00 A.M. in the office of undersigned with following terms & conditions.

      1. All auctioneers will deposit Rs.5000/-as earnest money. This amount will be refunded after completion of the auction but successful auctioneer will have to deposit 5% amount as earnest money, which will be refunded one month after the cutting of Sarkanda.
      2. 50% amount of the highest bid would have to be deposited immediately after completion of auction in cash or through demand draft in favour of A.O (O&M), GNDTP, Bathinda. Balance amount shall have to be deposited with in 10 days.
      3. Sarkanda auction committee reserves the right to accept/cancel the highest bid without assigning any season.
      4. Sarkanda will be sold on “As is and where is basis. The arrangement for cutting & lifting of Sarkanda will be made by the auctioneers himself. The auctioneers can see the Sarkanda area before taking part in the auction.
      5. Other terms & conditions can be seen on any working day in the office of undersigned. These will be read at the time of auction also.
      6. If it happens to be a holiday on 31.10.07, then auction will be made on the next working day at the same time and venue.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

      1. All auctioneers will deposit Rs.5000/-as earnest money. This amount will be refunded after completion of the auction. But successful auctioner will have to deposit 5% amount as earnest money at the spot, which will be refunded one month after the cutting of Sarkanda. In case of violation of any of the conditions, this amount shall be forfeited. The auction shall be held for complete ash dyke area. Minimum reserve price of the sarkanda shall be Rs.3 Lacs and the auction shall be started from this amount onwards.
      2. 50% amount of the highest bid would have to be deposited immediately after completion of auction in cash or through demand draft in favour of AO (O&M), GNDTP, Bathinda. Balance amount shall have to be deposited within 10 days.
      3. Sarkanda auction committee reserves the right to accept/cancel the highest bid without assigning any reason.
      4. Sarkanda will be sold on “As is and where is” basis. The arrangement for cutting & lifting of Sarkanda will be made by the auctioner himself. The auctioneers can see the Sarkanda area before taking part in the auction
      5. The cutting of Sarkanda shall be started only after the approval is accorded by department.
      6. While cutting the Sarkanda, carrying /igniting fire, smoking or doing any activity which can cause fire is strictly prohibited.
      7. The contract can not be sublet to any person without approval of Dy.CE/Civil Mtc.Circle GNDTP; Bathinda .The bidder shall cut Sarkanda through his own resources.
      8. In case the cut/grown/available Sarkanda is damaged due to fire or any other cause, the department shall not be responsible for the same.
      9. The Permit/Contract shall remain in operation up to 31.3.2008.
      10. No damage to the ash dyke area bundh or any other structure of plant shall be done by the auctioner/bidder in any case. The passage to cut/ carry the Sarkanda shall be provided at one place with the approval of Er-in-charge. No tress passing shall be allowed and contractor shall be solely responsible for the same.
      11. In case any theft occurs in the ash dyke area containing Sarkanda, the Department shall have the right to cancel the contract. The auctioner/bidder shall have not any right to any claim on this account.
      12. The auctioner/bidder or his authorised representatives to cut the sarkanda shall have to get issued the gate passes for entry to the plant area from Sr. Executive Engineer/PCM GNDTP Bathinda. No person shall be allowed entry into plant area without gate pass.
      13. The Sarkanda shall be cut from one side as per direction of Er-in-charge.
      14. The sarkanda shall have to be cut upto ground level.
      15. During the currency of work, in case any mishappening occurs to any of the labour of the auctioner/bidder, then the required compensation shall be paid by the auctioner/ bidder. The department shall not be responsible for any such loss.
      16. During cutting of Sarkanda, the plantation inside the area shall be protected by the auctioner/bidder. In case any damage occurs to the plantation, the auctioner/bidder shall be liable to deposit penalty to be decided by Dy.CE/Civil GNDTP Bathinda.
      17. The contract shall be cancelled in case any or all the above conditions are violated. The deposited money shall not be refunded in any case.
      18. Penalty for late cutting/ Removal of Sarkanda.

        In case the bidder fails to cut/ remove the Sarkanda within the time stipulated under condition no.4 above, the following rates of penalty shall be imposed.

        • ¼ of 1% of the sale price of unlifted sarkanda per day for first ten days.
        • ½ of 1% of the sale price of unlifted sarkanda per day for next ten days.
        • 1% of the sale price of unlifted sarkanda per day beyond 20 days.
      19. The taxes as per Punjab General Sales Tax/VAT/TCS shall be applicable.

    Details containing description of T/F oil and quantity lying at various stores along with standard terms & conditions may be had from this office and the material may be inspected at concerned sites on any working day till the commencement of the auction. T/F Oil left unsold will be sold in the next auction.

    NOTE 1: – Only those firms that are registered as Recycler/ Reprocessor of Hazardous Wastes with Ministry of Environment and Forests, New Delhi and State Pollution Control Board will be allowed to participate in auction of Used/Dirty Transformer/lubricating oil on production and submission of photocopy of the Certificates duly attested by the Notary Public. However, the firm will be required to produce the original certificates at the time of making payment in the concerned Central Store.

    Terms & Conditions

    1. The quantity may vary according to the actual availability in the store.

    2. The highest bidder shall have to deposit the earnest money @ 10% of the

    Bid to the nearest hundred of Rs.5000/- which ever is higher, in cash at the fall of hammer, out of which 8% will be adjusted towards cost of the material in the last installment and the balance 2% shall be refunded after the faithful execution of the sale confirmation orders.

    3. Bidders are requested to get themselves registered by making payment of Rs.5000/-per person in cash (refundable after auction). The registration shall take place from 11.00 AM to 11.30 AM at the place of auction. The bid registration money shall be forfeited in respect of bidder who fails to deposit the bid money immediately after the fall of hammer.

    4. Disposal Committee shall have the full rights to accept or reject or postpone the auction of any or all the items without assigning any reason.

    5. The terms & conditions of sale may be seen by the bidders in this office on any working day on at the place of auction before registration.

    6. The bidders may inspect the material lying in various stores as per detailed above before auction.

    7. The bidders who purchase material worth Rs.25000/- will have to deposit full amount at the place of auction.

    8. All transformers (distribution / power) shall be sold without oil, bushing, insulators, nuts & bolts etc. etc.

    9. The material that remained unsold in any auction shall be repeated in the next / subsequent auction.

    10. Only one person will be allowed against one registration.

    11. The Hazardous Waste material e.g. batteries used waste oil / lead acid batteries are auctioned only to those recycles, who are registered with the Ministry of Environment & Forest, New Delhi and have a valid authorization of the concerned State Pollution Control Board under the Hazardous Waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 1989 as amended in January, 2003 by first January of every year.

    12. In case the date of auction is declared a Public Holiday; the auction shall be conducted on the next working day.
