Patiala May 13, 2017 Shri R.P.Pandove Director Administration PSPCL called upon the new JEs to work for delight of the electricity customers of the Punjab because only that builds up the real respect and public image of the PSPCL.This was stated while addressing the concluding day for four weeks institutional training of the third batch of 52 JEs(Electrical), recently recruited under five year recruitment plan of PSPCL, at TTI, Patiala.
Sh. Pandove welcomed the JEs into PSPCL and also shared the significance of their role in serving in state sector utility ?PSPCL? which is considered in high esteem due to its competent, hard-working and committed employees. He specifically asked them to be fully prepared for ensuring uninterrupted power supply during the imminent paddy season and promptly attend to the inevitable breakdowns. Sh. R. P. Pandove, Director/Admin motivates newly recruited JEs for making PSPCL a customer centric organisation. Shri Pandove also planted a sapling in the TTI as a part of green drive.
On the occasion, Er.J.S.Birdi Chief Engineer human resources development also shared HR perspective on the role of employees and their relationship with the organisation. He also appreciated the role being played by training wing of PSPCL for successfully updating the skills of the new as well as existing employees.
Er. Bhupinder Singh, Dy.CE/Employee Development, put across the training aspect of the organisation and informed about PSPCL?s plan of strengthening its training infrastructure in near future. He thanked the PSPCL management for its support to the training wing. He told that out of a total of 6 months induction training, the remaining 22 weeks of the training will be provided as on job training at respective locations where these JEs have been posted.
